My order was cancelled/modified, how will I get my refund?

You will be given a choice of having your refund sent back to your card or to your QuickCart Wallet.

Wallet topups are typically done within 15 minutes and you will be able to use the funds in your wallet immediately after.

Card refunds will be issued on the same day but may take up to 5 - 10 business days before they reflect on your end (depending on your bank). This possible delay is not related to QuickCart in any way and would be a direct result of your bank's processes. You'll also receive an email confirming the amount credited to your card.

In the case of Wallet refunds, you will be able to view your wallet balance by logging into your account on our website and then clicking "My Account" at the top of the page. If you're using the app, you'd select the "Account" icon at the bottom-right of the screen.
