I am a motorcycle rider with only a learner's/provisional licence. Can I still apply?

We prefer to take on motorcycle riders who have their full licence and not just a learner's/provisional licence. If you do not yet have this, you will need to at least produce a receipt from the 'tax office' that shows that you have started the process.
