During checkout, on the page where you would verify your delivery address and select your payment method, you'll see a checkbox with "Apply Wallet Balance" right beside it. Checking that box will apply the value in your wallet, to the purchase.
If the cost of the purchase exceeds the amount you have in your wallet, the remainder will be pulled from your card.
