How will the recipient know that they have been gifted?

When creating a Gift Card, you will be required to enter the recipient’s name and email address. The recipient will receive an email notification once you complete your purchase.

You will receive an email confirmation that the recipient has received the Gift Card for the amount selected.

Will the recipient receive instructions on how to redeem their Gift Card?

Yes. The recipient will receive instructions sent via email outlining the name of the person who sent the Gift Card, the value of the Gift Card, a personalized message (if sender included one), a Gift Code and instructions on how to redeem the Gift Code.

Do I need to have a QuickCart account to be able to purchase a Gift Card for a friend?

No you do not need to have a QuickCart account to purchase a Gift Card. The recipient will however have to login into their QuickCart account or create an account in order to redeem it.

I received a Gift Card. How do I redeem it?

To Redeem Your Gift Card On The Website: 1. Go to www.quickcartonline.com 2. Create or log into your account 3. Click on your name/the account icon at the top-right of the page; this will take you to your account details 4. Enter your Gift Code and click "Redeem" Amounts in your QuickCart Wallet and can be applied to any purchase made on QuickCart. To Redeem Your Gift Card In The Mobile App: 1. Download the QuickCart app 2. Create or log into your account 3. Click the "Account" icon at the bottom-right of the screen 4. Select "Gift Card" 5. Enter your Gift Code and click "Redeem Your Code" 6. Your QuickCart Wallet balance will then be updated to include the value of the card Amounts in your QuickCart Wallet and can be applied to any purchase made on QuickCart.
