Your QuickCart Order

What is QuickCart's order cancellation policy?

You will usually be able to cancel an order within 10 minutes of the order being placed; and in the case of food orders, before meal preparation has started. Any order cancelled after meal preparation has begun will still be charged to you.

How secure is your online payment system?

We take the security of your credit card data very seriously and have securely processed hundreds of thousands of transactions just like yours. No card information is ever stored on our servers and we use world class SSL technology to ensure that all your transactions are encrypted.

My order was cancelled/modified, how will I get my refund?

You will be given a choice of having your refund sent back to your card or to your QuickCart Wallet. Wallet topups are typically done within 15 minutes and you will be able to use the funds in your wallet immediately after. Card refunds will be issued on the same day but may take up to 5 - 10 business days before they reflect on your end (depending on your bank). This possible delay is not related to QuickCart in any way and would be a direct result of your bank's processes. You'll also receive an email confirming the amount credited to your card. In the case of Wallet refunds, you will be able to view your wallet balance by logging into your account on our website and then clicking "My Account" at the top of the page. If you're using the app, you'd select the "Account" icon at the bottom-right of the screen.

How long will my delivery take?

Deliveries are usually completed in 60 - 70 minutes. During busier periods, it may take a little longer and in those instances you will usually be shown a popup indicating this likelihood BEFORE you place the order.

Can I order today and have it delivered tomorrow?

Yes, for restaurants/stores with pre-ordering enabled, you can pre-order and have your delivery made on a specific day/time.

How do I track my order?

Once the driver arrives at the restaurant/store, you will receive an email notification from us. This notification will contain a link that you can use to track the position of the driver on a map in real-time. If you ordered using our app (vs the website) you will also get app notifications every step of the way e.g. when the order is accepted by the merchant, when the driver arrives at the merchant etc. If you are using the app, you can also check your order status by clicking "Account" at the bottom of the screen and selecting "My Orders".
